Amazing Complex
This place has been amazing. The front office staff are very welcoming and kind to anyone. When we have a maintenance issue, ... they will do their very best to have it done that day or the next. The apartment complex is very clean and welcoming. It is very quiet and filled with friendly people. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to call home. A Wonderful Place to Live!
Villas at Crystal Lake were by far the nicest apartments we have lived in. Everything inside was updated and looked great. ... We loved our spacious walk-in closet the most! Having the fitness center and the pool seemed like we were vacationing at our own apartment! We loved spending summer days lounging at the quiet pool. The staff did an awesome job of hosting events for the tenants. We loved the food truck nights, beer tastings, Cubs/Cardinals rivalry get together, and many more! The staff, especially Ashley, made us feel right at home from the second we moved in. We never had any issues while living there, but we knew if we did, she would take care of them immediately.
